Madison Parish Hospital Rural Health Clinic is a general/family practice. We provide service to all patients without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap or age. We accept all insurance payers. Walk-ins welcome. We also offer the sliding scale to see if patients qualify for a discount. Our providers are Dr. Lawrence Chenier, M.D., Dr. Donald Perry, M.D., Dr. Satira Perry M.D. and Courtney Moberley APRN, FNP.  The Madison Parish Hospital Rural Health Clinic has kid med and also participates in the Charity Care Program. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Leonard P. Neumann Rural Health Clinic
