Description
Bachelor's degree required with 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration. Support the leave management process for all employees (FMLA,Medical,STD,LTD). Provide exceptional customer service to office HR, vendors and all personnel, answering benefit questions in a timely manner and resolving problems related to benefits, benefit plan eligibility and enrollment. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. Assist with submitting worker's comp claims. Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding of employees.
